We are happy to exclude ingredients where possible. Please note that while we take every effort to avoid cross-contamination we do not have a gluten or nut free kitchen. We advise that you make staff aware of any serious allergies on arrival. Bread made with non-gluten containing ingredients is available, please ask. Our menu does contain common allergens, advice and allergen menus are available on request.

We know that drinking organic coffee is the best way to get the full benefit of its antioxidants and that's why it's all we serve at O' Joy. Whether you're choosing regular or decaf you can sip confidently knowing it's never been through any nasty chemical processes. Being treated in this way means it's kinder to you, and to the planet. 

We're very proud of our suppliers.  Emma and Greg of Footprint Coffee have really gone the extra mile (they travelled thousands in their coffee seeking journey) to bring you coffee with an excellent flavour and excellent ethics to match.  Their beans are certified organic, biodynamic, fairtrade and rainforest alliance.  As you would expect with beans so special they are freshly roasted to order locally at their artisan coffee roastery in Kinnerton, Powys.  Emma and Greg run their business so that the coffee is carbon neutral when it arrives with us, helping O' Joy to be gentler on the environment too. 

It's not all about how coffee is produced though, flavour is SO IMPORTANT.  We chose their "Call of the Wild" blend for its full bodied flavour of caramelised nuts and cherries with lingering dark chocolate notes.  It's a tasty blend that we grind fresh for each customer to ensure you always get it at its best.  

You also get the choice of 6 non-dairy milks to complement this exceptional blend with, or you can have dairy milk if you prefer. Each of the staff at O' Joy believe the coffee goes best with a different milk which goes to show that the perfect latte is all about personal preference.

p.s we sell a regular americano for £1 between 9 & 5 Monday to Friday.  Curiosity never killed anyone at that price.

Special Events & catering

We make custom birthday cakes to order and can provide cold buffet style speciality catering for small parties & events. All suitable for vegetarians, vegans and those with lactose intolerance or egg allergies. Can be made suitable for coeliacs too.

We are always willing to work with any dietary requirement to make your celebration extra special. 

Private parties

Special event? Not open on a night when you want to celebrate? Maybe you just want to choose the music? 

We take a limited number of private party bookings each month and can accommodate up to 24 people with your choice of mezze style buffet or pre-ordered from the menu.   

We have packages for up to 10 people or for up to 24 people and are fully licensed. 

And of course, you get to be in total control of the music. If you want.
